Brian Stark is an extremely knowledgeable attorney. From the very first meeting, he was so focused on meeting our needs, and never once focused on his fee. We have had 3 meetings to decide our strategies, and finally we had to ask his fee, which was extremely reasonable. And his staff of ladies and gentlemen were great too. And I even made friends with his chocolate Labrador retriever. I give this firm 5 Stars!

I met with Mr. Stark, Esq., today for a consultation about a possible eviction I was considering. Every member of his office was courteous and kind. The vibes were warm, and I knew I was at the right place. He afforded me the time to ask my questions and explain my situation, and gave me wise advice. Contrast that with a handful of other attorneys I have tried to reach out to, who have failed to even return my call or otherwise seemed unprofessional for other reasons. He understands how difficult being a landlord can be in New York and sympathizes with the awful experience it can be when you do find yourself in a jam with an uncooperative tenant. Judging by this experience, I believe he and his team are fighting the good fight to protect responsible, honest, good, hard-working landlords who end up getting taken advantage of by irresponsible people who walk all over them because of New York’s disastrous laws protecting them from the consequences of their own actions (or inactions, like paying rent).
